Shipping policy

We ship from China to customers in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping rates
A flat shipping rate is charged once per order at checkout, based on your delivery country. The same rate applies whether your order has one item or several. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay.

Typical transit after we dispatch your parcel:
• Japan: about 7–14 days
• United States, Canada, EU, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: about 12–25 days

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to place and pack your order with our suppliers before it ships.

Duties and import taxes
For eligible destinations, import duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout so you are less likely to get a surprise bill on delivery. If duties apply to your order, you will see them before you pay.

Tracking
We will email tracking details to the address you used at checkout when your order is on the way.
