Shipping
We ship from China after each order is placed. Japan is typically 7–14 days in transit after we pack. The United States, Canada, and the EU are typically 12–25 days. Add 1–3 business days for us to place the order with the supplier.
Shipping cost and any import duties are shown at checkout.
Tracking can sit still for a few days before the first scan. That is normal.
Returns
30 days from delivery. Damaged or defective: free replacement (send photos or videos). Changed your mind: store credit, or a refund minus shipping.
Email us first, unapproved returns are not accepted.
Cancellations
Email us before the shipping confirmation goes out. After that, the parcel is already moving.
Currency
Prices are set in US dollars. Shoppers in other countries may see a local currency (for example EUR in the EU, JPY in Japan). Your bank may still convert; the currency for the charge is the one shown at checkout.
The 10% donation
We give 10% of every sale to organizations in China that care for abandoned dogs. You do not need to opt in.
